Orientalism includes Islam, Budhism, Christianity, Ambedkerism etc. Its the act of studying of Eastern or Oriental Philosophy.
According to article 30(1), Islamic universities can be established. Along with that, integrated form of Islam and Ambedkarism (his liberated vision of Buddhism) is considered here as oriental and these oriental studies should be brought up in religious minority based university. This is because Islam, Buddhism etc are included in minorities.
These Minorities themselves have their own Philosophy,Science etc.
Autonomous Universities can be established for these Minorities according to Article 30(1)
From UGC act (1956) to UGC regulation act (2013), there are many deficiencies that do not give space for various educational sectors in our world.
There are many educational streams that do not fall into UGC subjects but should be learned for the development of our nation. CUG was formed for this, which is a modern day education rule to learn such subjects legally under a University structure. CUG is a resolution of a trust for Constitutional Universities, registered as per Article 30(1) of the Constitution of India under Central Government Act 1882.
It has academic standards and grade much advanced than UGC with its academic structure.
